Here’s a picture of me and a soon-to-be service dog, Gonzo “the Great.” I took part in training Gonzo over the course of four months. My family and I were fortunate enough to host him through a program called New Horizons Service Dogs. He was trained in a prison until he was 8 months old, from there we took him out into the world. While rocky at first, his interaction in public proved him to be a very loving and obedient dog.

Here’s an article that I was featured in along with the Tomorrow’s Leaders of Volusia County. Tomorrow’s Leaders gave me me numerous opportunities to hear from leaders in my area alongside my peers. My favorite speaker was the chairman of the LPGA. The trip with TL that had the biggest impact on me was the one where my peers and I visited a youth rehab facility and heard from some of the kids there.

Some notable achievements in dance
-
- Multiple titles and awards annually at regional and national dance competitions for my various solos, duets, and group performances, on-going
- South Beach Dance Academy student, specializing in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, musical theatre, hip hop, & dance technique
- Attended a variety of dance competitions with 30+ regional and 5+ national titles
- Most recent: 2020 Shake the Ground Regional, Overall Highest Score (of the entire competition of ~250 entries) and Top Placement with self-choreographed and performed solo of all 250 entries in the competition
- Numerous public performances and fundraisers (i.e. New Smyrna Showdolls, Volusia County Dances, Kopy Katz, Nutcracker, Volusia Festival of Dance, etc.)
- Began and coordinated the “The Talent Show”, a performing arts show presented to the elderly at nursing homes.
Here’s a mid-action photo of my good friend PJ and myself performing the comedic act, “Fit as a Fiddle.” At this competition, this number snagged the title of highest scoring act (in the ENTIRE competition), an award I would take in the second year following the competition with my solo.
